Description
Noted Complete as of March 4, 2025 as the 2025 RCT Work Plan is the first clear indication that full implementation had occurred. PFDs as a Work Plan Item first featured in the inaugural 2018 RCT Work Plan (dated July 7, 2018). The date of the last signature to the implementation agreement was 31 Oct 2019, which is the date of Agreement here.
