First Aid Kits first formally appeared on the 2018 RCT Work Plan. The last signature on the applicable Reconciliation Agreement was inked Oct 31, 2019. As of the 2019-2020 RCT Work Plan, it was noted that implementation was underway. The 2025 RCT Work Plan was the first time this Work Plan Item was noted as fully implemented by all parties.
