Description
As of the 2024 Work Plan, Parties had each committed to implementing the 2025 Model Codes within 18 months of publication of the 2025 codes. The 2025 Model Codes were released on Dec 22, 2025 by the National Research Council / Canadian Board for Harmonized Construction Codes. This means that the deadline for parties to implement the 2025 model codes is June 27, 2027 (18 months after 2025 codes were released).
