Qu'est-ce que Construire Canada ?

Construire Canada est un mouvement civique non partisan qui relie, équipe et amplifie les constructeurs de hautes agences — fondateurs, créateurs, innovateurs — qui croient que le Canada peut et doit être le pays le plus prospère de la planète. En tirant parti de l'IA, des outils open source et d'un réseau national, Construire Canada aide les Canadiens motivés à s'impliquer et à bâtir l'avenir qu'ils souhaitent.

This Pledge exists not to control our members or our chapters, but to set them up for success through a promise to a shared commitment. It offers shared principles, trust, and a sense of belonging so that each Chapter can grow with confidence, creativity, and independence.

Chapters are free to shape Build Canada in ways that reflect their communities. This document simply reminds us of what we promise to one another as we build something larger than ourselves.

The Member Pledge to Build Canada

As a member of Build Canada, we carry its name and spirit into our communities with pride. I will step into events, online spaces, and public conversations knowing that together, alongside other members, we are building a civic movement which will change our country – a responsibility we embrace with excitement and purpose.

I will uphold the values at the heart of Build Canada:

Non-partisanship. Bold Action. Inclusivity, Respect, & Collaboration. A commitment to strengthening civic engagement.

I pledge to use the name, story, and imagery of Build Canada in ways that uplift our mission and strengthen the movement. I will keep communication open, especially in our shared Discord, so Chapters can learn from one another and stay connected through stories, insights, and support.

I will speak with honesty, curiosity, and care. We welcome thoughtful critique and reject disrespect. I commit to creating spaces where every member feels safe and able to contribute. Harassment, discrimination, and harmful behaviour have no place in our Chapters.

By joining a Chapter, I choose to uphold this Pledge and protect the spaces we build together. I am a part of something growing, something hopeful, something capable of moving Canada forward – and I will carry that responsibility with integrity and enthusiasm.

Build Canada Pledge to Our Members

Build Canada commits to empowering Chapters as independent, creative engines of the movement. Not extensions of a central office, but nodes of a network that grows stronger the more it spreads.

Our role to our members is guidance, clarity, and alignment. When challenges arise, we listen deeply, speak honestly, and act in good faith for the health of the movement we all steward together.

We commit to keeping Chapters closely connected as our identity evolves. We will share the story, tools, and support you need to carry the mission forward confidently, responsibly, and in your own community’s voice.

We are building something designed to outgrow any single leader, city, or moment in time. A movement cannot die if it exists everywhere. We commit to nurturing a culture that is always learning, always improving, and always expanding through the Chapters and members who make it real.

As we grow, we walk this path side by side – Chapters, members, and Build Canada – building a national civic movement rooted in shared values, local strength, and a belief that Canada can be better, and that extraordinary people can make it so.
